The place is nice to live in but the quarantine is not always followed. Many kids are playing outside and there are people drinking alcohol despite the ban before with loud videoke even during curfew hours or weekdays. It's as if you're not inside a subdivision. Homes are easily foreclosed as well. Within 2 months of unpaid monthly you get a demand letter to move out despite having paid more than half a million already. You don't get any of your hard earned money back even half of it. And even if it is against the Maceda law where a property buyer should get half of their total payment when the property is defaulted. I have known of this law after moving out and I feel bad for paying 30k a month and not getting any of those back.

Aside from good security, I don't have anything good to say about this place. Been here for a year now and our number 1 problem is the irregularity of garbage collection. It takes weeks before the truck comes. The admin is not helpful especially after your 6 months of moving in. Every little thing that you want to do in your house needs permit. It's like you don't own the house at all. And even their head office in BGC has poor service. They are really hard to contact especially when you need to refund your hard earned money. If I can only turn back time, I won't get property from here.
